Leading the UX Writing team at Grubhub. Since joining the team, I’ve helped evolve our product with new features, standardize how writers work with partners, created guidelines and Figma tools, and helped grow the ux content team. I’m the first UX Writer Manager at the company and I work across all content for diners, campus, and our corporate clients.

Casper, Senior UX Writer/Content Strategist

Developed the UX Writing/Content Strategy team at Casper. Worked side-by-side with the Product Team to launch new products and improve the online customer experience.

As the lead copywriter at Sumday, I worked on all the day-to-day product communications, developed strategies for state-sponsored plans, and contributed to features that helped users save and invest.

AKQA, Senior Copywriter

2015 – 2016, New York, NY

Developed copy and tone for the new My Verizon app and Verizon rebrand. Collaborated with design, UX, strategy, and clients to develop over 3,000 screens in the app in agile, monthly sprints.

Worked with various teams to concept and sell in-store creative, signage, and interactive ideas. Assisted on various projects and pitches for Starbucks, Volvo, and Maserati.

Led a full rebrand and campaign for Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. Redefined the look and feel of the brand and stadium, and established a cohesive tone and voice for their internal marketing materials, as well as their print, digital, and social advertising. Also launched a recruitment site for Goldman Sachs and established a presence for Blueprint Juices at NY Fashion Week, 2014.

Consolidated all of Johnson & Johnson’s consumer brands in one, new website, updated monthly with new content and offers. Launched campaigns for specific brands: Listerine, Neutrogena, K-Y, o.b. tampons, and others.

Branded and launched a product for BNY Mellon (Sumday), developed an app and campaign for Jagermeister, and supervised copy for a collaboration between Coca Cola and Jason Derulo.

Redefined aspects of the CitiBank brand, specifically for CitiGold clients and members with a new website. Collaborated on campaigns for Visa Olympics and Emirates Airlines.

Contributed to innovating and marketing Reebok’s new line of products for Women, Men, Kids, and Classics.
