The Bank of New York Mellon asked for a lean and mean team to create their first consumer-facing product from scratch. The goal was to create an investment platform that everyone would want to use and change the way people think about saving.
Impact
I developed a unique tone of voice, content guidelines that helped develop the brand, product copy and flows, assets such as marketing materials and social. Leveraged UX best practices to make sure Sunday delivered on customer needs.
